Unimpressed - Hills Shire Council

Can ANYONE, ANYWHERE explain to me how this council failed to include ANY operational restrictions on the loading docks located in Pennant St Castle Hill of the QIC/CASTLE TOWERS shopping centre when its expansion/building application was approved?

NONE - until the chronically noise affected, sleep deprived, extremely agitated and long suffering long term residents of the street harrassed council (which took several years) into what we now have - which is nothing better than a token/flimsy unenforced (by council) Loading Dock Noise agreement..............

No restrictions on hours of operation, noise, smells, vibration, pollution, waste collection etc etc etc NONE......

I have this admission on a signed council letterhead so lets not have any slippery replies/accusations from this incompetent council - just an explanation..........I bet other shopping centre operators such as Westfield would like to know how QIC "convinced" council.

I look forward to a) a truthful and transparent response from council and b) interested lawyers.........
