Hills Council useless

Its been couple of years since Council turned the shopping centre in to 3 hour parking which is fine now we have every tom dick and harry parking in our streets no one can park out side their houses trucks can't get in and out ambulance can't get in still the council won't do anything Torrs st in Baulham hills had sign u saying 4 hrs parking but there has been cars parked there all day everyday and not one car has been booked its been months why put up signs & not follow it up?

Today as I had a run in with another truck & waste truck he had no were to go either did I he had to pull in to a house & when I called the council lady name Michell said It was too late for anyone to come check today might do it next week so Why are we paying the council rates if they can't do their jobs??? They need to do something they do nothing for the residents what so ever we have a water leak in the street nothing been done... When will the council do some work?
