Health & Safety Issues at a Pub in Kings Cross

There are two male toilets in the ground bar and gaming area of the Empire Hotel in Kings Cross, Sydney. Both of them are out of order and for weeks now my boyfriend and i have noticed that every time we go there to play the machines, the toilets are over flowing with faecies and brown water. It has gotten to the point where the whole place smells like a toilet and is very unhygenic. It really is an issue for health and safety.
