Graffiti needs to be removed from the new 'Train' Park (playground cnr Newland - Ebley)
This isn't a gripe - just a request - and a question. The wonderful new playground scored its first graffiti 2 months ago or thereabouts but it got hit by a whole lot Fri night 20th Nov.
Can we have it removed asap please.
Also, what is the best way of reporting graffiti at that park. It would be great if new graffiti could be removed within 2-3 days.

Thank you for your compliments on our new playground at Clementson Park. It really is wonderful and when I've gone past it is always busy with children playing on the new equipment. It is a fantastic new asset for our community.
It is such a shame that some in our community have already graffitied this children's facility. Graffiti really is unsightly and I agree that it should be removed as quickly as possible.
According to Council's policy once graffiti is reported in certain high profile location and hot spots we will remove it within 48 hours. This is the case for Clementson Park Playground.
The best way for residents to report incidents of graffiti is to call our Customer Service on 9369 8000.

To Sally and the graffiti team - thank you. I was delighted to see the graffiti removed shortly after I requested it. It is so wonderful to see the park back to its original state. However, the best part is the feeling of winning over those who refuse to connect brain cells in meaningful ways. It is very empowering to know that all I have to do is phone when I see the next graffiti and it will be removed. Eventually the darlings will give up on this park!
