Environmental hypocricy City of Sydney

City of Sydney reached a real peak of the environmental hypocrisy with its ice skating rink extravaganza in the front of the cathedral. All this in todays spring temperature. They require any shacks to comply with Basix regime,built a hugely expensive library to ostentatiously display environmental credentials and now this. Real environmental stupidity.

As a resident I thought the ice rink was a huge success for those who went along. Especially for the Children's Hospital which collected money at the entrance, and did very well.
Re the library- I remember the rundown hall that was there for over two decades. The new Surry Hills library was long overdue for residents in that area.
