Dubbo City Council Funding an External Economic Development Organisation

Dubbo City Council has been funding an external organisation to deliever the service of economic development for years with no results at all, surely this is misuse of public funds. The external organisation general manager as disgruntle investors all over the state, the SMH did a story on him called "Fishy Business in the heart of Dubbo". This general manager of Dubbo City Development Corporation, has ran to the media stating he is the sales person of Dubbo, making out he is so passionate about our city, but behind the scenes applies for the General Managers position at Cobar Shire. How passionate is he really. People are laughing at us, and I do not blame them. How can we have someone that has disgruntle investors all over state, head our economic development, which part of it is looking after potential investors. This guy cant even produce the degree he stated he had on his resume. It was reported in the Sunday telegraph that he dosent even have it. What can we do to stop this misuse of public funds, we have all had enough.
