Barking Dogs

It appears that Councils (Dubbo included) are very very happy and rubbing their hands together to get money for registering dogs but do nothing after that. I have been plagued by barking dogs for 6 months now and when I spoke to the Council they said "talk to the owner's and ask them to keep them quiet". Not wanting a knife or an assault upon my person I have declined to do this. How about Council spending some of the 'registration money' that they receive from dog owner's to send all registered dog owner's a guide as to their responsibility and onus about keeping their pooch's quiet!!!! Eastrideg Estate should be renameed 'Barksville Estate'.

Enough is enough - Council do something about this outrages situation.
