Boats parked in public streets

Numerous boats are parked on trailers in streets ouside other homeowners homes for months at a time
The boats limit access to entrances, cause ratepayers to place their bins on the street for collection as they cannot be accessed on the sidewalk which can cause traffic & safety issues
Streets should be for vehicle parking and not used as "free storage" - these are public streets for the use of all not for a select selfish few
