Abandoned Rubbish at the end of Birrell Lane

There is some abandoned rubbish at the end of Birrel Lane where it connects with Lynch Ave, you can also see it at the bend of York Rd.

Is it possible to schedule a pick up as it is unsightly.

Hey how is it you guys at Waverly fix things and Woollahra council sits back and does nothing?

They should be all held accountable and fix the mess that is Double bay.
