3.30 am alarm clock

i live in condell park, and someone who lives behind me has a rooster that starts crowing around 3.30 am every morning, it crows (cock-a-doodle-do) nonstop for hours,on some weekends when im home, its still crowing at 1.00pm,but fair dinkum,im a truck driver and i cant afford to lose sleep,i find im getting tired mid afternoon latley and id hate to have a prang because of a rooster.is there anything council can do ?
